💫 We meet 3x a week as a private community:

💫 60-minute group class covering different themes weekly and teaching on nervous system regulation, balancing lifestyles, creating your dream reality with intention, and some hot seat processing as it comes up, Tuesdays.

💫 30ish-minute flow and move with breath, Sundays.

💫 30-minute teaching and meditation call, Tuesdays.

 💫 Classes are recorded and sent to your student portal if you can't make it.

 💫 Student portal access as long as you're an active member.

🫶 (3) 90-minute live hot seat processing classes weekly with the focus is witnessing and participating in processing what's coming up. Topics will surround the current week's content. All calls are recorded and posted in the student portal.

🫶 All of our online collection of meditations and self-paced courses teaching lifestyle alignment, stress reduction, and connecting with your kids.

12-13 Week Individual Program Online or Onsite With Our Therapy Farm

💫 A total of (12) 1-1 sessions spread over 13-weeks

or you can do 12-weeks consecutively.

(All of the sessions are scheduled at the prep session that is not part of the 12-week group program. The 13th week program has a break week between sessions 6 and 7 where the client's nervous system gets to take a break and recalibrate before picking up in week).
