Alex is a generational trauma coach with her background as a Christ-Centered Spiritual Psychology Practioner, Trauma Coach, and currently a Ph.D. Candidate in Metaphysical Counseling with a lifelong passion for helping families clear their soul wounds, reconcile their internal suffering, and heal generational traumas at the soul level.
This is why the group and intensive programs were created. Through her experiences, Alex has created a few different programs to best help her families. All of our programs have access to a private community, first to know about our next programs and freebies alongside their student portal.
12-Week Group Programs
1x Week: 60-minute teaching with some hot seat coaching class per week

2x Week: (1) 60-minute teaching class per week
& (1) 90-minute hot seat coaching only class
17-20 Week Intensives
